I understand the power of fear is a lot stronger than we realize. It\u2019s why we run from happiness, as well as change. It\u2019s why we sometimes accept behaviors toward us that hurt, but also, why we hurt others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fear of love, fear of joy, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of rejection, and fear of being seen\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fear has a quiet way of dimming our light when it begins to shine too brightly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t worry, luv. Start slow. You can move through this. You are worthy of love, joy, happiness and to be really seen by yourself and those who may care about you. You are so much more than the boxes others try to put you in. Your path was never meant to fit inside someone else\u2019s definition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We all have our own journey and mission in this life, and all too often we allow fear to derail and dissuade us. Let your heart speak, even if only in whispers to yourself at first. Allow yourself to feel, truly, completely and without apology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you feel that fear or need to flee or run, remember that you are safe to be you.<br>You are protected in ways that your human eye cannot see.<br>And you are so unbelievably loved as you are.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are constantly growing, allow your roots to be nourished, so your natural vibrancy can rise. When others try to project their fears and boxes onto you, let the rain wash away that mud.
